Settings lives at the bottom of the sidebar. On a wide screen the tabs are a list on the left; on a phone they become one dropdown. DivePilot remembers your last tab, and a link ending in ?tab= opens a specific one.
General
- Dive centre: name, business email, primary agency, country, timezone, currency, date format, default customer language and nitrox. See Dive centre details, timezone and currency.
- Departure slots: the departures your boats run each day. See Set your departure times.
- TV screens: the links that show the departure board on a TV without signing in. See The departure board on a TV.
- Danger zone: deleting the dive center. See Delete your dive center.
Guests & bookings
- Online booking: whether guests can book published trips and courses or request their own dates, whether rental gear is offered online, and whether prices are shown.
- Registration: the self-registration and booking links, their QR codes and posters, the link type and token rotation.
- Customer form: which fields guests must, may or never fill in.
- Waivers: your waiver templates, their validity and who they are required for.
- Branding: logo, colours, light or dark pages, and the contact details shown to guests.
Team
- Roles & presets: the permission presets you pick from when inviting or editing a team member. Editing a preset changes nobody's existing access.
Equipment
- Categories: the rental categories, how each is tracked and their service rules.
- Bundles: sets of gear rented as one item.
Prices & payments
- Business & tax: the business details, whether prices include tax, and the tax rates. See Business details and tax rates.
- Price list: what you charge for dives, courses, extras and equipment, with volume discounts, and a PDF of the list to download. See The price list.
- Seasons: periods of the year with their own prices. See Seasons.
- Payment methods: how guests pay you, and the notes for your country. See Payment methods.
- Online payments: connecting your Stripe account, its status, your online payments and the My bill settings. See Connect Stripe for online payments.
- Deposits & cancellations: the deposit for fun dives and courses booked online, and your cancellation policy. See Deposits for online bookings and Cancellation policy.

Account
- Activity log: who changed prices, tax rates, seasons and business details, and when. See Activity log and change history.
- Subscription: your plan, trial, invoices and payment method.
Who sees what
Each tab is shown only to people with the permission it needs, so a manager without the branding permission does not see the Branding tab, and TV screens needs the permission to manage TV links. Someone who can open none of the tabs has no Settings item in the sidebar, and a link to Settings shows them only the page header. The Danger zone needs both the dive center settings permission and the account deletion permission; of the built-in presets only Admin carries both.
