The dashboard is the first page after sign-in and the place that tells you what needs doing today. It greets you by name in your dive center's timezone and shows today's date under the greeting.

The stat cards

Four tiles at the top, each a link: Total customers, Upcoming trips (7d), Unassigned bookings and New this week for customers added in the last seven days, whether staff created them or they signed up online. They all read zero on your first day.

Finish setting up

While setup steps are still pending, a Finish setting up card sits under the stats with a count badge and a Set up button per open step. It disappears once every step is done or skipped. See Walk through the setup guide.

Needs attention

A strip of chips, Missing waivers, Bookings without a trip, Overdue returns and Upcoming services, each jumping to the panel that lists the problem. The strip does not appear when there is nothing to fix.

Self-registration QR Your registration link and QR code, with a copy button Always useful

Team members whose permissions limit them to their own trips see only those trips in Today's trips and Fleet capacity.

The Self-registration QR panel gains a Register / Book switch once online booking is on, so the same card can show the booking link.

Customize

Customize in the top right opens Customize dashboard, where each panel has a switch, grouped by area, with Show all and Hide all. Panels you have no permission for are not listed. Your choice is saved on your user profile, so it follows you to every device. Hide everything and the dashboard tells you to use Customize to bring panels back.

On a phone the panels stack in one column, most urgent first.
