Branding covers the pages and emails a guest sees outside the app: the online booking page, the registration page, waiver signing, dive log pages and the emails DivePilot sends on your behalf. You find it under Settings, then Branding in the Guests & bookings group. The form is on the left and a live preview of your booking page on the right, or below the form on a smaller screen.

  1. Press Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP file.
  2. The logo is saved the moment the upload finishes. You do not need to press Save changes for it.
  3. To swap it later, press Replace logo. Remove takes it off every page again.

The file can be up to 1 MB and has to be at least 120 pixels wide, with no side longer than 4000 pixels. The file type is read from the file itself, not from its name, and SVG files are not accepted.

Pick your colours

  • Primary colour is used for buttons, links and highlighted text.
  • Accent colour is used for smaller highlights.

Each field has a colour swatch, the hex value next to it and a Reset button that returns to the DivePilot default. Under the primary colour, DivePilot shows the contrast against white. It has to reach 3:1 so text stays readable. If it does not, a warning appears and Save changes stays blocked until you pick a darker colour.

Light or dark pages

Page mode decides how your public pages are drawn: Light with a white background and dark text, or Dark with a dark background and light text. Light is the default. The choice overrides the visitor's own device setting.

Contact details

Website, Phone or WhatsApp and Instagram appear as links in the footer of your public pages and at the bottom of guest emails, where the phone number is plain text. Leave a field blank to hide it. You can type the website without https:// and the Instagram handle without the @; DivePilot adds and removes them for you.

Save and check the preview

Colours, page mode and contact details are applied when you press Save changes. The preview on the right updates as you type, so you can try a colour before you commit to it.

Where your branding appears

  • The online booking page and the guest registration page.
  • The waiver signing page and the dive log pages.
  • Guest emails such as booking confirmations, waiver requests and the dive log sent to divers, with the logo on a header in your primary colour, buttons in the same colour and the contact details in the footer.

The name shown on the booking, registration and dive log pages is your dive center name from Settings, then Dive centre. The waiver signing page does not show it. A small "Powered by" line with the DivePilot logo stays on every public page.

Note: Emails to your team, such as the invitation email and the dive log request sent to the group leader, are not branded. They always use the DivePilot design.
