Your booking page opens, but a trip or course you expected is not in the list. The page only lists what a guest can book at that moment, so the cause is almost always one of the checks below.

Check the online booking mode

Open Settings and choose Online booking. Only two modes list anything:

Mode Trips or courses listed
Scheduled only or Scheduled + requests Yes
Requests only No, guests only request their own date
Off No, it is not on the page at all

The modes are set separately for Fun dives and Courses. While a card lists nothing, the Online booking switch does not appear in the trip or course dialog either. See Turn on online booking.

Check the trip or course

  • Open the trip or course, edit it, and check that Online booking reads Bookable online. A new trip or course starts as Not bookable online.
  • A trip is listed until its date has passed, in your dive center's timezone.
  • A course is listed only while it is Planned. It turns In progress on its start date, so it leaves the page on its first day, even if you would still take a late student. A cancelled or completed course is never listed.

Check the free spots

A trip with no free spot disappears without a message, and there is no waiting list. The free spots are the boat's capacity minus:

  • everyone in the trip's dive groups, staff and course students included,
  • the people in the trip's Guests panel, even though they do not count against a dive group's limit,
  • every fun dive booking for the same date and departure that is Reserved or Confirmed but not yet in a dive group. Bookings your team entered count too, not only online ones.

That last count applies to every trip on the same date and departure. With two boats on the morning departure, ten unseated bookings take ten spots on each boat. Seat the bookings in their dive groups on the trip page, and the other boat gets its spots back. See Confirm a booking and seat the guest.

For a course, the free spots are Max students minus the students enrolled, not counting withdrawn ones, minus the Reserved course bookings for the same course template and start date that are not enrolled yet. A course without Max students never fills up.

Trips far in the future

The page shows at most the 100 soonest published trips from today and the 100 soonest bookable courses. Full trips and courses are taken out only after those 100 are picked, so they still use up places. If you publish a whole season at once, the later trips appear as earlier dates pass.

Check what guests see

Open your booking link in a private window. You then see exactly what a guest sees. The page loads its list once, so reload it after every change you make, and ask a guest who had the page open to reload too.

If the page itself does not open, see A guest link says it is invalid or expired. What the guest can do on the page is described in What guests see on the booking page.
