Your booking page lives at the link under Settings, then Registration, and wears your logo, colours and page mode from Branding. This is what a guest sees.

A working link opens the page with Online booking above your dive center's name. A link that was rotated, or a dive center whose subscription has expired or was cancelled, shows Online booking not available and asks the guest to contact you directly. After you cancel, the page keeps taking bookings until the end of the paid period, and it also keeps working after a free trial runs out. If both booking modes are off, the same message appears. See A guest link says it is invalid or expired for each reason and its fix.

Choosing a trip or course

Two tabs, Fun dives and Courses, appear only when both modes are switched on; otherwise the page opens straight on the one you offer.

  • Fun dives lists your published upcoming trips with the date, boat, departure slot and time, dive sites and a badge such as "5 spots left" or "Only 1 left". Full trips are not shown, and there is no waiting list: a full trip simply disappears until a spot frees up. Boats without a capacity show no number.
  • Courses asks which course and then which start date, with the same spots badges.
  • In Scheduled + requests mode a call-out, Need a different date? for fun dives or No date that fits? for courses, lets the guest ask for their own date and time, or their own course start date, up to two years ahead. In Requests only mode the guest goes straight to that request.

No prices are shown for trips or courses.

Your details

A short wizard follows, titled Your details, with the steps you configured under Customer form: basic info, address, experience with certification cards, health, and, if you offer gear online, Rental equipment. A summary card of the chosen trip sits above it with a Change link. The guest has to tick the terms and conditions before Reserve my spot works.

If the guest leaves and comes back in the same browser within four hours, the form remembers their step, their trip or course and their gear choices, but not their personal details, and tells them if that choice is no longer available.

After submitting

The guest sees Booking received! with the booking number and a note that you will confirm the spot. They are told to bring ID and their certification card, and they get the "We received your booking …" email straight away. On your side a customer record is created and the booking appears as Reserved with a Booked online pill. See Turn on online booking for what to do next.

Limits that protect you

  • One connection can send at most ten bookings per hour, refused tries included, and the form is protected against bots.
  • Two guests racing for the last spot: the second one is told the trip is fully booked, and no record is created for them.
  • Custom dates cannot lie in the past or more than 730 days ahead.
