The Bookings page lists every booking of your dive center, newest date first, with the number, the type, the date and departure, the customer and the status.

Search and filters

  • Search by name or booking number… matches the customer's name or the booking number. See Search does not find a customer, booking or trip.
  • The type filter offers All types, Fun dives and Courses.
  • The status filter offers All statuses, Reserved, Confirmed, Completed and Cancelled.
  • Clear appears once a search or filter is active and resets both.

Note: No-show is not in the status filter. Search for a no-show guest by name or booking number instead.

Act from a row

Each row has a confirm icon for reserved bookings, and edit and delete icons until the booking is cancelled or completed; the delete icon cancels the booking. Icons your role does not allow are hidden; see A menu item is missing or access is refused. Click anywhere else on the row to open the booking page. On narrow screens the table becomes cards with the same actions.

Start from a customer

A customer's Activity tab lists their fun dives and courses. From the dashboard's New registrations panel, Create booking opens the new booking dialog with the customer already chosen, so you skip the first step.

Other places bookings appear

  • A boat trip's page lists the bookings for that date and departure that are not cancelled and not in a dive group yet under Unassigned bookings, next to the Dive groups section. This list only shows if your role can add participants to dive groups.
  • The public booking page counts pending bookings against a trip's spots, so a reserved booking already holds a place.
