Open any booking from the list to reach its page. The title is the booking number, and Back returns to the list.
Actions at the top
Which buttons appear depends on the status and your permissions:
- Confirm, only while the booking is reserved.
- Edit, until the booking is cancelled or completed.
- No-show, while the booking is confirmed or completed.
- Cancel, until the booking is cancelled or completed.
- Restore, only for a cancelled booking.
On small screens the buttons collapse into one menu.
The summary card
The booking number in large type, then the date and departure for a fun dive, or the course template and start date for a course, and the progress bar of statuses. A cancelled booking or a no-show shows only Cancelled or No-show instead of the bar. A booking made through your booking page carries the pill Booked online.
The customer card
Name and email, with a link to the customer's profile.
The trip or course card
For a fun dive the card depends on where the booking stands:
- Seated: the boat, the date and departure, the exact time if the trip has one, the dive sites, the group and role, and the seat if one is assigned.
- Booked for this trip: the guest picked this published trip online, but is not seated yet. Open trip takes you there to add them to a dive group.
- Runs at this departure: no trip was picked, but trips exist on that date and departure. Open one and seat the guest.
- Not yet assigned to a dive group: nothing to show yet.
A cancelled booking or a no-show can still show Booked for this trip or Runs at this departure, but only a reserved or confirmed booking can be added to a dive group.
For a course the card says Enrolled, or that the customer is not enrolled yet and should be enrolled from the course page. The course page lists the booking under Pending bookings only while it is reserved: after Confirm, enrolling the customer there no longer links it, and the card keeps saying they are not enrolled.
The equipment card
Shown only when the booking carries equipment requests or an equipment note. The card is marked Fulfilled when the booking has at least one request line and a rental that is not cancelled is linked to it, otherwise Awaiting fulfillment, so a booking with only a note never shows as fulfilled. Fulfill opens a new rental with the customer, date and lines already filled in; View rental opens an existing one. See Equipment requests on a booking.
What the page does not show
There is no price or payment block, and no activity log.
