Schedule in the Operations group shows who is doing what and when: courses, trips, office hours, reserve, time off and pool bookings, one row per staff member.

Week and day

Week is a table of staff rows against seven day columns; Day shows one day as a timeline with a column per person who has something. The arrows move a week or a day, and clicking the date opens a picker. Below the staff rows, lanes appear when needed: Reserve mirrors every reserve duty and Unassigned holds sessions with no instructor. Every pool also has its own lane for pool bookings.

Use the staff filter to show one person. Colleagues whose access is limited to their own schedule see only their own row and have no filter.

The six kinds of block

Block Comes from
Course session A session with a date and a start and end time, or on a trip, on its instructor or the course's primary instructor
Boat trip A trip, on the boat master and on every staff member in one of its dive groups
Office hours A duty you added
Reserve An on-call duty you added, numbered by priority for the day
Time off Vacation, sick days or days off you entered
Pool A pool booking from a session, or a pool block

Clicking a session or trip block opens the course or the trip. Clicking a duty, time off or pool block opens its dialog if you are allowed to edit it. Adding and editing duties and time off is covered in Duties, reserve and time off.

Several sessions of one course on the same trip fold into one block. Multi-day time off spans its days as one bar.

Conflicts

Two blocks that overlap on the same person and day are ringed in red with a warning triangle. An untimed block counts as the whole day, so all-day reserve or time off conflicts with anything else that day. DivePilot shows existing double bookings rather than hiding them, and refuses a new duty, session, boat master or group leader that would clash. Some changes are not checked, such as moving a trip, which rechecks only its boat master, or changing a course's primary instructor.

In the week view, Print opens the browser's print dialog, PDF downloads the week on landscape A4 pages, and Excel downloads a spreadsheet with one row per person and one cell per day. Exports honour the staff filter.

Workload

The Stats view sums hours per person; see Workload statistics.
