The Stats view on the Schedule page turns the rota into hours per person. Pick From and To, or This week and This month; the range can be up to 92 days.

The columns

Reading it

Reserve is deliberately kept apart from worked time, because being on call is not work. An untimed session is a hint to add times to it; until then it adds no hours. A course session with times on a boat trip counts in Courses, and the trip counts again in Trips for the instructor leading the course group, so Worked adds both. Pay does not use these hours: only office duty is paid by the hour, reserve with a rate is paid one day per duty, timed or not, and dives, courses and boat master work are paid in their own units. See Pay, earnings and pay periods.
