Every built-in preset except Admin and Manager includes the right to see your own pay. With it, Pay appears in the sidebar and shows only you.

What you see

Pick a Pay period or a Date range at the top. A card shows your name, Total for this window, and a line per kind: fun dives with the tanks behind them, courses, office hours, reserve days, boat master, adjustments and salary. In an open pay period your salary is marked projected; a date range counts salary only once a closed period has paid it, on that period's last day. Below it, the earning lines list each earning with its day, the quantity, the rate and, for a trip or course, a link to it; an adjustment shows its reason instead of a quantity and rate.

The view is read-only. Corrections are entered by whoever manages pay.

Why today is missing

Earnings are written by a nightly run, so a trip you led today appears tomorrow. Nothing appears for work your dive center has set no rate for, or for any work at all if your salary covers diving. A closed period is frozen: it is the payslip as it went out.

Export

Excel downloads your own totals for the window.
