Equipment in the Resources group of the sidebar shows one card per enabled category with the items or the stock inside it.

The health strip

Four figures at the top: Total items, Out of service, Service due and On rent. The middle two filter the page when clicked; On rent opens the rentals list. Below, Search by label or size and a status filter with All, Needs attention, Service due and Out of service.

Serialized categories

Press Add item on the card:

  • Label, unique across the dive center, for example Regulator #4.
  • Size, Serial number and Notes, all optional.

Each item is a tile with its size and, when relevant, a Due or Out of service chip. Click a tile to open its panel with the details, the service log, Mark out of service, and the Edit and Delete icons; Delete retires the item. See Service and maintenance.

Pooled categories

Press Add stock: a Size, or blank for sizeless gear, and a Quantity up to 10,000. Each size becomes a chip reading how many are available out of the total. A chip turns amber when more is committed than stocked, for example after lowering a quantity below what is already out. Click a chip to edit; a size with an open rental against it cannot be removed.

Retire and restore

Retiring an item from its panel moves it to the Archived tab and keeps its service history. An item on an open rental cannot be retired or taken out of service until it is returned. Restore from the Archived tab. Retired labels stay reserved, so a restored item keeps its name.

What the page does not do

There is no import from a file and no printing. Categories themselves are managed under Settings; see Equipment categories and service rules. Very large categories show the first 100 items with a hint that the total may be higher.
